Two paintings on one sheet, both from 2015. On the front, a tall, thin figure in a wide hat holds a guitar low across his body, built from quick lines and drips. On the back, a bold portrait of a man under a towering hat, his face mostly shadow and moustache, brushed in heavy black. The sheet has traveled with me through every studio since.
It's a two-for-one: two very different moods from the same pad, one spare and one dense. Both sides are signed, dated and marked 1/1.
A little extra: Every piece from The Vault ships with a free small piece of mine, my way of saying thanks.
Condition: Sold as is. After years of traveling with me, this piece has some minor blemishes and bends in the paper. I'd recommend framing it so those marks show rather than hiding them. They're part of the character of a well-loved, well-traveled piece.
